Privacy Policy

We believe very strongly in our customers' right to privacy (hey, we're consumers too). Our customer records are not for sale, lease or trade, and we will not disclose our customers' personal data to any third party except as may be required by law.

Any personal information that you provide to us in the course of interacting with our sales or technical support departments is held in strict confidence. This includes your contact information (including, but not limited to your email address and phone number).

We do not store or even handle your credit card information. Credit card data or PayPal account information is passed directly to our internet gateway, PayPal, which handles the digital transaction. All data to and from our store site, https://store.kingdom-era.com, is encrypted with the internet standard 256-bit SSL.

We do not send (and will not share, except as may be required by law) your individual purchase details to anyone, including PayPal! We only send PayPal the total of your order but not the breakdown of your order.

Public Data

There are places where we will ask you for information about your system. This is always optional and used to help us know which versions of the Mac OS to support, which CPU's to support, languages to localize our apps to, etc. Your system data is not tied to any of your personal data and this is the only data that may be made public, but only as grouped statistics not individual systems. For example, what percentage of those who submitted system data are using Mac OS 10.4 or higher.
