NOTE: Please try our products before you buy them! International Sales
International sales are subject to the local laws of the customer's country. Kingdom Era will not be held responsible for the payment of customs, excise duties, VAT or any other tariffs that are due on purchased items. It is up to the individual customer to ensure all such taxes are paid, and that transactions are dealt with in accordance with the local laws.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless, Kingdom Era, its members, directors, employees, agents and affiliates, from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys' fees), resulting from your use of the Site.
Violation of These Terms of Use
You agree that Kingdom Era may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the Site and/or block your future access to the Site if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use or other agreements or guidelines which may be associated with your use of the Site.
Governing Law
You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Site, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the United States and by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions.
